Optimiser RF
Optimiser generates tasks for all warehouse procedures including picking, put away, receiving, stock checking and transfers. By using wireless barcode scanners in your warehouse you remove the often distracting task of operators reporting back to the office for their next job.

Optimiser WMS or MS generates tasks for all warehouse procedures including picking, put away, receiving, stock checking and transfers. By using wireless barcode scanners in your warehouse you remove the often distracting task of operators reporting back to the office for their next job.

By automatically feeding tasks to the operator in the warehouse, and Optimiser being updated as those tasks are completed, the savings in time mean that you will have more time to manage your business.

The Optimiser RF module will monitor and record the warehouse operator’s day to day tasks allowing you to report on all activities including task start and end times, number of tasks completed and tasks outstanding.

Optimiser Batch
Optimiser Batch is similar to Optimiser RF except you are operating in Batch mode rather than live. Optimiser Batch allows you to effortlessly book stock into the warehouse, transfer it and then confirm it despatched. Once you have completed your work, simply place the scanner into a Communications Cradle and Optimiser is updated automatically. Working seamlessly with Optimiser, Optimiser Batch removes the need for paper, and improves the efficiency of your warehouse.

Barcode scanning can also be used in conjunction with Optimiser’s serial code tracking feature so that you can record important and critical information such as serial numbers, batch numbers or lot numbers.

Optimiser prints barcode labels for pallets, cartons and locations so that you can produce a label to use with your barcode scanners saving on buying in bespoke labels.

You can track your stock and your warehouse operators in real time both in Optimiser and on our Graphical Warehouse Map. This will show you where an operator is in the warehouse and the next warehouse location they will visit.

Optimiser will create efficient pick procedures and paths through the warehouse based on your pick and put away rules making the day to day tasks quicker and more efficient.
