NewAir I.B.® packaging systems automatically inflate and dispense patented Barrier Bubble® cushioning material whenever and wherever you need it. Designed to withstand the rigors of today's global shipping environments, NewAir I.B.® inflatable material maintains its excellent cushioning properties throughout the entire shipping cycle.

A material that will suit your needs

You can specify the dimensions of the air cushions. For that, you have the possibility to choose between two widths of film: 400 mm and 800 mm, and from a wide range of films: from normal to premium.

Reduce your workspace

This system is compact (less than 0.6 m²) and its particular design suits all packing stations. The compact design allows you to find a convenient site online or on a working table.
A single roll of film can provide approximately 400 m² of extra-wide cushioning material, thereby providing a packaging solution that is both economic and compact and easy to maintain.

The difference is the Barrier Bubble® technology

This system uses the patented Barrier Bubble ® technology. This technology, owned by Sealed Air, allows keeping the air longer than a cushion of air made of conventional PE film and beyond any other protection packing in general.
