Optimiser Freedom is a new way to access the full power of Optimiser warehouse management software, without the headaches of running and hosting your own database and server. Also with the piece of mind of a flexible rolling contract and low monthly subscription payments helping you to budget your WMS costs.

With Optimiser Freedom, Optima take care of all the technical issues including upgrades, server maintenance and backups, all you do is pay a fixed monthly amount for each user that you require. You can change the number of users to suit the cycle of your business. Switch more on in peak times; reduce them when you are quiet.

Installation of Optimiser Freedom could not be simpler, you can be up and running with a new system the same day that the order is placed. Included in your initial one off setup fee are the services of our business consultant team, who will configure Optimiser Freedom to suit your business needs and provide you and your staff with all the training you will need. This minimises the amount of man hours required to get the project up and running to maximise the return on investment.

Optimiser Freedom is designed to run on the majority of popular computers and operating systems, including all versions of Windows, Apple Macintosh, Unix and Linux. All you need is access to the internet, preferably using broadband, and you can experience the power and benefits of a fully functional warehouse management system.

You have no need to worry about data security and reliability, as our servers are hosted in a fully managed state of the art data centre, and hosted on Microsoft’s Windows 2003 Server platform.

Optimiser Freedom is linked to the internet by a Tier-1 High Capacity Network ensuring that we always have a fast reliable link and is protected from outside intrusion using a hardware firewall, this means your data is both protected and secure.

Optional Modules

  • Optimiser Invoicing module will capture all charges generated by day to day activity in your warehouse. So you can feel comfortable knowing that you can generate accurate and comprehensive invoices at a click of a button.
  • Optimiser Import / Export Module will allow integration between other business software such as Accounts, MRP, ERP and Sales Order processing. The Import / Export will generate orders within Optimiser and then update other systems as stock is despatch keeping both software applications in sync.
  • Optimiser RF Module will link to all modern barcode scanning terminals running Windows CE or Pocket PC. Barcode scanning allows Optimiser to run a paperless warehouse meaning that orders and receipts can be processed quickly and accurately.
    With today’s competitive storage and distribution markets and shorter lead times for stock despatches it’s now essential that you stay one step ahead of your competition.
  • Optimiser .Net (Web Module) Allows your customers to securely query any element of the stock process via the internet using a conventional web browser. Whether it is up to the second stock levels, confirmation that a delivery has arrived, an order has left the warehouse or any other information you would like to share.
