Detailed information about the product Rapid Rolling Door

Closed monoblock structure, independent of the wall.
The structure of the Nergeco Labo door is monoblock, of steel with a hard coating that allows for contact with food stuffs. Its form with a small, inner tube of air offers a homogenous section that frames the entrance and seals against unwanted, ambient air.
  • An automatic door, it is supported by thumb screws in the floor.
  • The exterior and interior surfaces do not permit the development of microbiological deposits.
  • The mechanism and motor are integrated and closed under a casing that does not allow intrusions.
Anti infiltration fabric seals the entire perifery of the door.
The closing of the passage is made by means of a flexible canvas that unrolls from the crosspiece to the floor. When closed, the door is completely sealed. The door does not allow air to pass in the front part (thanks to a patented cape), nor in the cylinder thanks to a patented shelter. On the floor, a flexible, guided skirt prolongs the canvas door and adjusts to the floor. On the sides, the border of the canvas is in permanent contact with a patented half tunnel that handles whatever variation in pressure the door may suffer. This mechanism also blocks the passage of uncontrolled air.

Result: the Nergeco Labo 3 only allows the smallest escape of air possible with a flexible door.

Easy cleaning with a dry or wet rag.
  • The seal is obtained without a contact brush or deep cavity in the guides, which would be difficult to clean.
  • In the entire perifery, the contact of the flexible door is continuous, smooth, and manually accessible.
Opens automatically without movement of air.
At each activation of the sensors, the canvas is totally freed, rolling vertically inside the passage at a velecity of 0.8 m/s: the maneuver is done automatically without contact and without the movement of air. Optional velocity:1.2m/s.
