Detailed information about the product Rapid Roll Door

Monoblock structure that is openable for cleaning.
  • The structure of the Nergeco door Labo 4 is monoblock, of steel with solid coating, apt for contact with foodstuffs within the food industry.
  • Its form with a small, inner tube of air offers a homogenous section that frames the entrance and seals against unwanted, ambient air.
  • An automatic door, it is supported by thumb screws in the floor.
  • The exterior and interior surfaces do not permit the development of microbiological deposits.
  • The roll shaft of the canvas is underneath the crosspiece and is easily accessible from below.
  • The motor is protected underneath by a casing that is adjusts for easy access for cleaning.
  • In the same manner, the mounts/guides are able to be opened.
Anti infiltration canvas, sealed in all of its perifery. The closing of the door is achieved by the rolling-down of a flexible canvas, done vertically, from the height of the passage to the floor.

The seal is guarenteed:
  • The top is sealed with the application of a patented shelter, attached to the top border of the canvas.
  • The floor is sealed with a flexible skirt, also patented, that adjusts to any irregularities of the floor.
  • The sides are sealed by a border more flexible than the canvas itself that slides between the guides.
The result: the Nergeco Labo 4 reduces air escapes and infiltration between the controlled zone and the exterior.

Easy to clean with a wet rag or with abundant water.
  • The seal is obtained without a contact brush nor a deep cavity in the guides, which would be difficult to clean.
  • The door canvas is in constant contact with the perifery of the door. Automatic opening without air movement.
  • At each activation of the sensors, the canvas is totally freed, rolling vertically inside the passage at a velecity of 0.8 m/s: the maneuver is done automatically without contact and without the movement of air. Optional velocity:1.2m/s.
