The Flexi G4 HiMAX High Lift electric articulated truck is part of the most popular articulated truck range in Europe. The important design elements, together with the numerous advanced operational and safety features increase the Flexi HiMAX’s appeal even further for operators.
Flexi works in just 1642mm (Euro 0.8)* or 1762mm (ISO)* or 1980mm (Euro 1.2)* aisle widths - liberating a potential 30% more warehouse capacity compared with conventional reach trucks. *The optimum aisle width for operator safety - GN9/F.E.M refers. Flexi G4 transfer aisle between VNA aisles is typically 2.5 metres.
Flexi works as effectively as a traditional electric Man Up Combi VNA truck in aisle, but does not require other trucks to bring pallets to end of the aisle. With one Flexi doing the job of both the Counterbalance and Reach trucks, double handling is eliminated, enabling Flexi to cut handling costs by up to 50%.
Flexi is equally at home working outside the warehouse aisle and taking to pallet loads to the loading areas. It is able to operate a complete work cycle function, eliminating time consuming double pallet handling associated with Man Up Combi, plus the need, and cost, of a separate counterbalance truck feeding pick and deposit stations at aisle end.
