The Pally – The pallet and dolly in one:
The Pally seamlessly integrates all the features of both a pallet and a dolly in one ingenious, patented design. The Pally appears to be an 800 by 600mm plastic pallet but one pedal push at either end of the unit retracts the three pallet bearers and engages wheels with the ground.

Compatible with supplier production lines and conveyor systems as a pallet but with the ability to instantly become a dolly at any point in the supply chain, the Pally will deliver significant reductions in supply chain handling and increases in productivity compared to traditional equipment and practices.

The Pally design incorporates:

The Lid
A 800mm x 600mm robust injection moulded Polypropylene lid.
Incorporated into the lid are two integrated strapping and tensioning mechanisms, allowing any level pallet or dolly load to be quickly and easily secured without the need for time consuming, costly and wasteful stretch wrap or banding.

The Lids provide the most efficient method of securing a pallet load, and can be used time and time again in a wide variety of applications.

• Unrivalled load stability - each tensioning mechanism provides up to 150kg of downward pressure.
• Increased vehicle fill - moulded raised upstands provide a dedicated double stacking platform.
• Ease of application – typically saves over one minute per pallet application compared to conventional stretch wrap and banding, also eliminates the need for additional pallet securing equipment.
