Based on three different components:
- The purpose of the isothermal panels is to connect the rear part of the vehicle to the building's wall. They are made of hot-galvanized steel and are supplied with a bumper device to provide protection against bumping owing to mistakes in maneuvering the vehicle. The upper and lateral covering is made of a sturdy tear-proof and flame-resistant PVC-coated canvas. The front flaps come in various materials: 4 mm-thick rubber, with double reinforcement canvas, overlapping rubber strips, scratch-resistant PVC with harmonic steel springs and PVC-coated high-density foam pads.
- Thermal insulted sectional doors offer an excellent solution to close off loading bays and passageways. Their easy-to-use operating system does not require maintenance and it is a guarantee for reliability and duration over the years. They are composed of lacquered profiled steel sandwich or bare aluminium panels filled with heat insulating foam polyurethane. The panels run along self-lubricating nylon slides inserted in galvanized steel rails. Thanks to the weight balancing provided by special torsion springs, the raising of these doors is always easy and well-balanced. These doors can mount a wide array of accessories like: double methacrylate windows, key lock closing, electrical motor unit and pedestrian doors. The heat insulation and assembly with special anti-ageing rubber seals provide for the total absence of thermal joints while assuring an insulation factor of K = 0.38. Their modern and functional design not only makes them sturdy, but also pleasant to the eye. Owing to the unique modular structure, these door systems are available in any size you may require and with a wide array of openings (90°, semi-vertical, vertical, lowered lintel) so that it can always be easily adapted to the wall.
- Loading ramps - electro-hydraulic platforms: Designed to compensate any differences in height between the loading docks and the differing truck load platform heights, these ramps are planned and built in compliance with existing EEC regulations. KOPRON carries out thorough calculations on the nominal carrying capacity and strict qualitative choice of the accessories and electrical and pneumatic components to make sure that our ramps can resist to harsh handling, knocking and overloading. They are very easy to operate and operator-friendly and each control panel comes with a detailed instructions manual.
