Sortation
Detailed information about the product Sortation
PWT 1400
The pop-up wheel transfer is used to divert containers at a 90° angle and yields a throughput of 1,400 containers per hour. The transported goods are lifted smoothly and noiselessly from the conveyor and propelled by the slave-driven wheels onto a parallel conveyor.
HIGH-SPEED SORTER WITH ROLLER SWITCH
This device is used for diverting containers from high-traffic lines with a throughput of at least 3,000 containers per hour in almost “bumper to bumper” operation. For sorting and redirecting light to middleweight product loads.
ADVANTAGES: Minimum spacing intervals for maximum output. Unlimited extendibility - no closed circuit necessary - requires little space.
MODULAR ROLLER ELEMENTS
These elements are used for transporting cartons, trays, and reusable containers. At switch positions, the containers are pneumatically lifted from the infeed conveyor and gently transferred to the take-away conveyor.
FOR UNIVERSAL APPLICATIONS: For material redirection operations in driven roller conveyors up to 45m/min.
- Quiet and reliable: At switch positions the containers are lifted pneumatically from the infeed conveyor and gently transferred to the take-away conveyor.
- Energy-Saving: Elements move with the driven roller conveyor - no additional drive system is necessary.
- High performance: Extremely dense flow for high throughput - up to 6,000 containers per hour in sorting facilities.
- Modular and smart: Elements are simply positioned between the rollers of the driven roller conveyor; the air supply is already plumbed in.
The belt transfer is used for redirecting transport containers at a 90° angle to the left or right onto other conveyors or across a number of lines. It is ideal for small and diverse product loads.
FOR UNIVERSAL APPLICATIONS: For redirecting transport containers at 90° to the left or to the right onto other conveyors or across a number of lines.
- Quiet and reliable: Transport containers are lifted pneumatically from the infeed conveyor and gently transferred to the take-away conveyor.
- High performance: Designed for a throughput of 1,400 to 1,600 containers per hour depending on container length and installation situation.
The modular sorter is used to divert different-sized totes or cartons at high speeds onto an outfeed ramp, and can guarantee a throughput of up to 8,000 items per hour.
USE: For cartons and reusable containers of standard design up to 35 kg.
- Modular System: The individual sorter sections are connected to each other by low-cost belt conveyors.
- Low-Noise operation: No noisy chain transmission, just low-emission toothed belts.
- Functional design: Effective construction height only 320 mm.
This sorter can be used in conjunction with the corresponding distribution conveyor systems and is particularly suitable for sorting different kinds of products with varying dimensions in high-performance operations.
PUSHER
This device is used for transferring containers at a 90° angle from a driven roller conveyor onto a take-away conveyor. There are several designs available, including rake pushers, roller pushers or cross pushers.
VERTICAL SWITCH
This is a pneumatically or electrically-powered unit used to redirect mainstream containers onto as many as three levels in accordance with the scanner reading.
SWIVEL PUSHER
This device is used to shift containers from a conveyor and can generate a throughput of approximately 3,300 containers per hour, depending on speed and the length of the containers.
