Detailed information about the product Handling Systems

PAPER HANDLING
Delivery notes, pick lists, invoices, labels, greeting cards, brochures or direct mailings can be inserted into the appropriate dispatch containers.

  • AAV document print and insert station: It can print documents to accompany containers. They can be ejected into the containers during processing.
  • Automatic Print and Insert Station (BBG): Two printed documents are inserted into a wire clamp. The customer address is still visible after the container has been sealed.
  • Print Matter Dispenser: For greeting cards, paper products and advertising documents and is integrated into the material flow.
CHECKING
A picking order can be checked by weight and/or barcode identification.
  • Weigh-in-motion scales: To measure the weight and check picking orders. Errors in weight are identified and the affected containers are transported to a check station for verification.
  • CheckStation S: Based on automatic barcode identification and facilitates a no-fuss, paperless check of orders.
CARTON HANDLING
Machines are integrated into the conveyor system for erecting, sealing and packing cartons.
  • Carton erector: Integrated and form boxes by folding and gluing precut cartons.
  • Taper: It has an automatic setting to suit all box widths and heights. Each machine is equipped with an automatic hot glue and flap-folding system.
  • Packer: For fast and automatic carton filling and are integrated into the material flow.
  • Trash conveyor: To prevent accumulation in replenishment and picking areas. Empty cartons are carried off for disposal.
IDENTIFYING
Identification systems - container addressing systems, labelling systems and marking systems - can be integrated into the conveyor system.
  • Label applicator:
It facilitates the automatic application of self-adhesive labels within the material flow, as well as direct marking by inkjet printing.
  • ABA - Address label insert station: Developed for pools of reusable containers where the recipient information can be removed and replaced.
DISPATCH PREPARATION
All you need to prepare an order for dispatch: sorting, lidding, and strapping.
  • Lidding Master ILM-1400: To apply lids to containers of various heights, without interrupting the material flow. Lid stacks can be fed to the machine from any point within the warehouse.
  • Strapping machine: It can be integrated into the conveyor system.
  • Dispatch sorting rack VSR-2000: It sorts the containers in a small area according to customer.
  • Dispatch sorting rack light: The ideal alternative to the standard version for smaller dispatching quantities. Up to 1,000 containers per hour.
  • Stacker crane: It is used to carry out automatic dispatch-ready sorting.
CONTAINER HANDLING
Intelligent machines are integrated into the handling process to take over tasks such as stacking and destacking, emptying, etc.
  • Destacker BVE-2000: After the stack of totes is tilted horizontally, the first tote is extracted and conveyed out of the machine onto the belt.
  • Stacker BHS-2000: Stackable, conic and reusable containers are automatically stacked (or destacked again if necessary). A combination stacker-destacker is also available on request.
  • Tote lift BHL: It transports one or two stacks of totes or lids up and down, from one conveyor level to another.
  • Tote unloader BHEL: Special machines are integrated into the material flow so that totes can be unloaded and cleaning can be carried out.
