Detailed information about the product Eccentric press

FRAME
Entirely made in welded and annealed steel panels to eliminate stress and robustly built to guarantee the minimum flection even used at the maximum charge.

ELECTRO-PNEUMATIC CONTROL CLUTCH CYCLES
Selection can be done by key giving three operative cycles and can be either by buttons. The direet action on «clutch-brake» system allows the following cycles:

  • SINGLE: manual work.
  • REGULATIONS: dies regulation.
  • CONTINUOUS: automatic work.

ECCENTRIC SHAFT
Built in forged, chromium-plated and hardened steel. Stroke regulation can be obtained by an eccentric with frontal jaws and the slide position is directly indicated.

SLIDE
Built in welded and annealed steel equipped with six long guides and air counterbalance cylinders. Ram adjustment can be manual or motorized with an indicator of position. In the ram a special hydraulic system to reset the ram position in case of overload is located (mod. R - RE).

BRAKE-CLUTCH FLYWHEEL-MOTOR UNIT
Flywheel driven by motor with V-belts is connected to the motor unit with very strong «clutch-brake» has been designed to obtain a low inertia and consequently a good reduction of heat. Crankshafts and gears are in special forged steel of high quality and work in oilbath.
