Detailed information about the product Folding Door

  • Door leaf:
    Double-skinned, welded and flush-fitting shell construction of 1.5mm smooth sheet steel on both sides, with internal reinforcement and mineral wool insulation. Overall thickness 55mm. Finger-trap protection on the vertical door leaf edges in the form of multi-chamber hollow rubber profiles. With EPDM lip seal at the top and replaceable brush seal at the bottom. Each pair of interconnected door leaves is allocated a rotating relief roller running in the top track section.
  • Frame:
    Hollow section frame to 3 sides (80 x 80mm), without anchor brackets. Z-shaped threshold as guide rail.
  • Surface:
    Door leaf, frame and track made of hot galvanised material, powder-coated with a primer in Grey White, based on RAL 9002.
  • Fittings:
    Locking leaf (dependent on the folding arrangement) with surface-mounted locking rods, without profile cylinder, with "LM" lever handle set, other door leaves with fitted espagnolette bolt incl. loop-type lever on the inside and a plastic handle. Screwed to the inside and outside of each door leaf two zinc die-cast hinges with intermediate rings on ball bearings, plastic bushes and lubricating nipples. Door leaf retention in open position via drop bolt and hold-open stays.
