The M-430iA is a handling Robot Series with 2 kg payloads, specially developed for food or pharmaceutical applications. It offers high rates of continuous handling of objects, a clean, washable mechanical unit, and a chemical-resistant surface.

Available in 3 versions:

• M-430iA/2F: 5 axes high speed picker for the food industry
• M-430iA/2FH: 5 axes high speed picker with high speed wrist for the food industry
• M-430iA/2P: 6 axes fast picker for the pharmaceutical industry

Very high Speed Picker
Dual drive torque tandem control is applied for J1, J2 and J3.
The M-430iA/2F can handle:

• Up to 120 cycles / minute in continuous motion
• Up to 200 cycles / minute with two robots and iRVision Visual Line Tracking

Food Grade Grease M-430iA/2F
Special food grease to avoid any risk of damaging food with grease or oil.

High speed wrist for M-430iA/2FH
The M-430iA/2FH has a high speed wrist which enhances the J5 maximum motion speed from 1200deg/sec to 2000deg/sec.
