EXDS are the provider of volumetric and weighing devices and have been the UK distributor for the Cubiscan range of products for the last 10 years.

The information captured by the Cubiscan is used in a multitude of applications. From Warehouse Management to Transport Planning, Merchandising and Supply chain systems. All of these require accurate volumetric information. Something that a tape measure can no longer be relied upon to provide.

EXDS maintain and support the complete range of Cubiscan products with a support package that can be tailor made to suit the customer’s specific requirements. We also provide rental equipment for short or medium term projects.

• Cubiscan 30 – Utilises lasers and is used by Book, CD and DVD distributors.
• Cubiscan 50-PS (Part scanner) - Captures product measurement information using infra-red technology to give accuracy to the nearest millimetre for non boxed goods.
• Cubiscan 100 & 150 – Utilise Ultrasonic sound to quickly capture information on boxed or cuboidal goods.
• Cubiscan 1000 Vision – Utilises Lasers and camera sensing technology and is used for capturing palletised goods up to 2m x 2m x 2m.
• Mobility - The Cubiscan 30, 50-PS and 100 can be deployed as a mobile unit and can be moved around the warehouse taking the Cubiscan to the products rather than the product to the Cubiscan. This can significantly reduce the time required to complete a volumetric project.
