Bundle palletiser

Robok 250 is a palletiser with 4 axes for the movement of the grippers and the storage of bags or boxes. The gripper opening is by default pneumatic and can turn 270° if demanded by the palletising scheme. The handling of the axes is done by Brushless engines. The managing of the axes is done by positioning drivers (closed circuit) and a Programmable Logic Controller of the selected program. 

The machine has a self-learning program of the positions, for an easy configuration of the palletising scheme by the operator. Ten palletising schemes can be memorized and called up again (with an alphanumeric name chosen by the operator). The conversations between man and machine go through a touch screen. Maintenance of the machine is minimal, and the demand is directly transmitted through the monitor by the machine. 

Extremely compact and equipped with protections against work accidents, Robok 250 is easy to position along the already existing production lines. The discharging and the insertion of the pallet is done manually after palletising. If necessary, a pallet extractor and inserter can be provided to automatically include pallets by shuttles. The basic machine palletises a height of 1850 mm on euro pallets 800 x 1200 / 1000 x 1200.
