DNC® L 35 Hot Melt Model is equipped with a Hot-Melt sealing applicator. The machine assembles the upper and lower carton flaps and then automatically seals them. When the carton is fed into the machine it is opened slightly so as to feed it into the machine and prepare it for sealing.
The L35 quickly and easily adjusts to cases fed in from the conveying line; sorting them one by one and adjusting automatically to individual carton width and height. Top flaps are automatically folded and tape applied both to top and bottom, as required.
